Yes. OMX is designed to support CL2 lab environments. Labs are delivered as shell-and-core spaces, with CL2 compliance achieved through tenant-specific fit-out and operational practices, depending on your technical requirements.
OMX offers flexible lab suites ranging from approximately 500 to 5,000 sq ft. Companies can take a single lab, multiple labs, or a combined lab and office configuration, depending on current and future needs.
OMX leases are designed to support growing Deep Tech companies and are typically more flexible than traditional commercial lab property. As a pre-let facility, we work with companies to understand timelines, growth plans and space requirements, with flexibility built in where possible.
