An experienced accountant helping a range of small and medium sized businesses as a freelance FD as well as working part-time as an EIS & VCT tax adviser at Philip Hare & Associates LLP. Previously Chief Financial Officer at Beringea LLP, a venture capital fund manager with over £250 million of assets under management. Before this, I spent over five years at EY LLP, progressing to audit manager with a specialism in wealth and asset management clients, specifically investment trusts, private equity and hedge funds. As part of my time at EY, I spent almost two years experience in a valuations and business modelling role with EY's transaction advisory department, also specialising in financial services clients.
